What is the lead time?
Following your final order, the average lead time is 11 to 16 weeks. Every shutter is made-to-measure. Once your order has arrived and been checked, we will contact you to schedule the installation appointment.
Do the quoted prices include installation?
Yes. The consumer prices shown in the calculator include measuring, professional installation and the selected VAT setting. The final price is confirmed after the exact measurements have been taken.
Is the measuring appointment really free?
Yes, the consultation and measuring appointment is completely obligation-free. We will discuss the best technical and aesthetic solution for your windows straight away.
Which colours are available?
DeVo Signature, Hydro and Sandblasted are available in every colour from the RAL K5 Classic colour chart at no extra charge. DeVo Oak is available exclusively in its natural finish. DeVo Aluminium is available as standard in white, black, coffee and wood effect; other RAL colours can be supplied subject to the applicable aluminium surcharge.
Can shutters be fitted to every window?
Almost always. We also create solutions for round, arched, sloping, apex, tall and tilt-and-turn windows.
What is Ultra ClearView?
With Ultra ClearView, the entire operating mechanism is fully concealed within the side stile. This means there is no visible control on either the front or the back.
How long is the warranty?
DeVo Shutters offers a 5-year warranty. We also remain available for servicing, maintenance and spare parts.
