Complete RAL K5 Classic colour choice
This collection is available in all colours from the RAL K5 Classic colour chart, at no extra cost. This allows us to match the shutters precisely to window frames, walls, interiors or a deliberately contrasting colour.
The chosen RAL colour is checked during the consultation using a genuine colour sample. DeVo Oak and DeVo Aluminium have their own colour ranges and are excluded from this arrangement.

DeVo Hydro combines the look of a classic shutter with a material construction better suited to condensation, splashes and changing humidity levels.
PVC with an aluminium core
The panels and louvres are made from moisture-resistant PVC and internally reinforced with aluminium. This core helps keep the panels dimensionally stable. Hydro is therefore a natural choice for areas around baths, showers, washbasins, kitchen worktops or wellness spaces, provided the shutters are used normally and ventilation is adequate.
Moisture-resistant does not mean that the frame, fixings and window details can remain wet indefinitely. During the site survey, we therefore assess where condensation forms, how the window ventilates and whether the panels can open freely without hitting a tap, piece of furniture or heated towel rail.
The position of ventilation grilles and window handles is also recorded in advance. This keeps everyday operation intuitive and prevents a panel from meeting tiles, a recess or sanitaryware. A dedicated panel and hinge plan is therefore created for every opening.
Colour, louvres and privacy
Hydro is available in all RAL K5 Classic colours at no extra cost, with 47, 63, 76 and 89 mm louvres. In a compact bathroom, a light colour can create a calm transition between the window, tiles and sanitaryware. Dark shutters provide more contrast, but require extra attention to limescale and soap residue.
The louvres allow you to control privacy without blocking out daylight completely. A mid-rail or separate louvre sections can be useful when you want privacy below while retaining light or ventilation above. Standard control, ClearView and Ultra ClearView are assessed technically for each window.
Maintenance, pricing and planning
Clean Hydro with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning product. Afterwards, dry the louvres, stiles and connections. Do not use abrasive products, a steam cleaner or an aggressive degreaser. Brief, regular cleaning prevents limescale or grease from building up on the louvres.
The online starting price is €395 per m², including a free measuring appointment, installation and VAT. A minimum of 1 m² applies per window. Options and non-standard window shapes are quoted separately. After measuring, you will receive a made-to-measure quotation detailing the colour, louvre size, panel configuration, control, expected delivery time and five-year warranty.
Use and care
Practical in humid spaces
Wipe the louvres and frame with a soft, damp cloth and a little white vinegar. Ventilate the room well and remove soap or limescale residue promptly. Do not use aggressive limescale remover on the finish.
Technical dimensions are always checked and confirmed during the free measuring appointment.
Frequently asked questions
Can Hydro be installed directly beside a shower?
The exact position, ventilation and exposure to splashing water are assessed during the measuring appointment. Hydro is moisture-resistant, but it is not a shower screen.
Are all louvre sizes available?
Hydro is available with 47, 63, 76 and 89 mm louvres, depending on the window size and technical configuration.
Why are concealed hinges not available?
The construction and material composition require the designated hinge solution. Your adviser will show you the neat alternatives.
