Delivery, returns & cancellations

Here you will find an overview of how delivery, made-to-measure products, cancellations and possible returns work at DeVo. Our terms and conditions apply for the full legal provisions.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by product and configuration. For made-to-measure products, the final schedule is confirmed once the measurements, configuration and order have been technically checked. Any delivery or transport costs will be shown or confirmed before the order is finalised.

Made-to-measure products

Shutters, louvered roofs and wooden blinds are assembled or produced specifically for the customer based on their chosen measurements and configuration. Different rules may therefore apply to made-to-measure products than to standard stock products.

Cancellations and changes

Would you like to change or cancel an order? Please contact us as soon as possible. Whether this is still possible, and under what conditions, depends among other things on the product, the stage your order has reached and whether production or made-to-measure work has already started.

Returns

Products made specifically to your measurements or choices cannot be returned in the same way as standard stock products. If there is a problem, damage or discrepancy, always contact us first. We will assess the situation and arrange an appropriate solution in accordance with the agreement and applicable consumer regulations.
