Oak shutters as part of the interior
This new project in Lokeren combines oak shutters with 76 mm louvres, ClearView and concealed hinges. The natural wood tone complements the floor, table and furniture details, while the pointed window is finished in the same wood style.
Comparing Oak with Hydro and unusual shapes
Compare DeVo Oak and DeVo HydroDeVo Oak is ideal when authentic wood grain and a natural look are the priority. Hydro is considered for humid rooms, while the geometry of curved or pointed windows determines which made-to-measure construction is possible.
76 mm louvres and unusual window shapes
A 76 mm louvre creates a more refined rhythm than an 89 mm louvre. For pointed or curved windows, the stiles and louvres are also tailored to the window’s exact contours.

During the measuring appointment, we assess the window shape, light levels, available panel clearance and existing interior. This allows the material, louvre size, colour and installation to be specified as one cohesive design.

Made-to-measure shutters in Lokeren
Every window is measured at several points. We check the reveal, any deviation from square, window handles, ventilation, windowsill and available clearance. This ensures that the frame, panel layout and operation are matched to the actual situation rather than a standard size.
Wooden, synthetic or aluminium shutters?
For dry living spaces, wooden collections are often the starting point. DeVo Hydro is designed for humid rooms, while aluminium suits contemporary interiors, verandas and suitable outdoor applications. The material is selected according to use, maintenance and appearance.
Shutters for round, sloping and tilt-and-turn windows
A round window, arched window, gable window, sloping window, bay window or tilt-and-turn window each requires its own technical solution. The shape is measured precisely first; the frame, mid-rails and louvres are then designed around that geometry.
How much do shutters cost in Lokeren?
The price depends on the net window area, collection, window shape, panel layout, operation, tracks and any profiles. The prices page provides an initial indication; the final made-to-measure quote follows the technical measuring appointment.
Advice and professional measuring
During the consultation, we compare colour, louvre size, material and operation. The final choice is only confirmed once the window has been assessed technically. This ensures that appearance, everyday use and installation work together.
