Made-to-measure shutters for homes in Hasselt
The local projects around Hasselt show why a city page should offer more than interchangeable copy. In one home, black shutters follow several round and arched window shapes; in Wimmertingen, a warm teak-coloured wooden look was chosen for the bathroom.
Work area: Hasselt and nearby areas including Diepenbeek, Alken, Zonhoven and Wellen.
Service: Advice, technical measuring, made-to-measure production and installation.
Several unusual window shapes brought together
The Hasselt project combines a round window, two narrow arched windows and a taller round window. Each shape was measured individually, while the colour and design language bring the openings together. The black finish highlights the geometry rather than concealing it.
Round and arched windows require technical drawings
For curved windows, the curvature, centre lines and hinge points are recorded at several points. Not every section can open in the same way. The panel layout is therefore worked out technically before production begins.
Warm wooden shutters in Wimmertingen
A second local project uses teak-coloured wooden shutters for two bathroom windows. The warm colour complements the other materials in the room. In bathrooms, ventilation, the distance from wet zones and the suitability of the material are always considered as well.
Assessing shape and material separately
An unusual shape does not automatically mean that every collection is available. The geometry is assessed first, followed by the material, colour and operation. For humid spaces, DeVo Hydro is considered where the technical shape allows it.
Measuring in Hasselt and neighbouring municipalities
The adviser checks the shape, depth, window function and sightlines on site. For unusual shapes, photos alone are not sufficient. The measurements and production details are linked to the actual opening, followed by installation and adjustment.
Price, advice and measuring in Hasselt
A reliable quote starts with the actual window dimensions and the chosen specification. Material, louvre size, operation, window shape, rails and installation are recorded during the measuring appointment. You then receive a project-specific price rather than a general estimate.

Advice in Hasselt and the surrounding area
The showroom in Oud-Turnhout is approximately 51 km from Hasselt as the crow flies. This distance is a geographical indication, not a calculated travel time. The technical choices are only finalised after the window, frame, operation and available space have been assessed on site. Also view the Limburg province page.
