Indicative prices for made-to-measure shutters
Would you like to know roughly what to expect? Below, you will find the current indicative prices for each collection, the most popular options and three clear examples. These are consumer prices including VAT, professional measuring and installation. A minimum of 1 m² is charged per individual window.
Current prices by collection
This gives you an immediate, realistic view of the differences between the collections.
Popular options and additional costs
Many projects include an additional finish or operating option. These are the most common surcharges.
- ClearView or Ultra ClearView€25 per m²
- Concealed hinges€25 per m²
- Special shapes€130 extra per m²
- Non-standard RAL colour for Aluminium€150 per m²
Three clear example calculations
These examples give a good indication of the approximate cost of a commonly chosen configuration.
A 120 × 150 cm window measures 1.80 m². With DeVo Signature, the approximate price is €711. With ClearView, this comes to approximately €756.
Three 80 × 150 cm windows measure 3.60 m² in total. With DeVo Hydro, the approximate price is €1.422. With ClearView, this comes to approximately €1.512.
Four 100 × 180 cm windows measure 7.20 m² in total. With DeVo Oak, the approximate price is €3.780. With Ultra ClearView, this comes to approximately €3.960.
For renovation work, the statutory conditions may allow VAT at 6%; otherwise, 21% applies. Rails, additional profiles and technically non-standard installation are always specified clearly after measuring.
Short answer
The essentials at a glance
A reliable price can only be determined once the material, net dimensions, window shape, operating method and installation have been assessed together. A standalone price per m² is therefore only an initial indication.
Practical: Compare quotes based on the same collection, options, installation and VAT situation. Only then can you see whether two prices really describe the same configuration.
The choices that make the difference
Four points to assess before requesting a quotation
Collection and material
Wood, Hydro, Oak, Sandblasted and Aluminium each have a different construction, appearance and pricing basis.
Window shape and panel configuration
Straight, standard openings are produced differently from arches, angles, rails or very tall panels.
Operating method and additional profiles
ClearView, Ultra ClearView, splits, cover strips, rails and deep frames can affect the configuration.
Measuring and installation
Accessibility, the substrate and adjustment requirements determine how much work is needed to complete the made-to-measure installation properly.
Avoid disappointment
Common mistakes when buying shutters
- Comparing prices per m² only
- Leaving installation and options out of the comparison
- Ordering before the final situation has been completed
From idea to installation
How a carefully managed made-to-measure process works
- Collect photos and approximate measurements of the windows.
- Compare material, colour, louvre size and operation.
- Have every window professionally measured at multiple points.
- Confirm the panel layout, technical details, price and schedule.
- Have your shutters installed, adjusted and explained to you.

Frequently asked questions
Which elements determine the final price?
The collection, net area, window shape, panel configuration, operating method, rails or profiles, accessibility and installation work together determine the final quote.
Is the same solution suitable for every window or room?
No. A clear explanation of the material, area, options, measuring and installation. The window type, dimensions, installation position, material load and everyday use are assessed for each situation.
What does DeVo check during the professional site survey?
We take measurements at multiple points and check the frame, reveal, handles, opening direction, windowsill, available panel clearance, and the desired louvre and panel configuration, among other details.
How do louvre size and panel configuration affect the result?
They determine how many lines you see, how open the view through is and how practically the panels can open. The proportions in relation to the window matter more than one standard size.
Can I compare materials, colours and operating options first?
Yes. During your consultation and in the Oud-Turnhout showroom, you can compare current collections, colour samples, louvre sizes and operating options side by side.
Are measuring and installation included in the process?
Yes. DeVo guides the project from advice and technical measuring through to made-to-measure production, installation, adjustment and guidance on use and care.
