Measure your window
step by step

Use a metal tape measure and always measure in millimetres Measure width and height at several points so the configurator can determine the correct order size from the smallest clear dimension

Step 1

Choose inside recess or face fix

Inside recess means the blind will sit inside the opening or frame Face fix means the blind will sit in front of the opening, on the frame or wall

Step 2

Measure the width at three points

Measure at the top, middle and bottom Note the smallest clear width Watch for skirting, sealant edges and other parts that reduce the clear width

Step 3

Measure the height at three points

Measure left, centre and right from the intended mounting position to the end point of the blind Again, use the smallest clear dimension

Inside recess

10 mm from the width, 15 mm from the height

DeVo automatically converts your measured opening into the order size: width −10 mm en height −15 mm. Example: a measured size of 1200 × 1500 mm becomes an order size of 1190 × 1485 mm

Face fix

Width unchanged, height −15 mm

For face-fix installation, no width is deducted Only the measured height is reduced by 15 mm off Example: a measured size of 1200 × 1500 mm becomes an order size of 1200 × 1485 mm

Check the clear space

Watch for obstacles

Check window handles, ventilation grilles, skirting boards, inward-opening windows and other protruding parts over the full height Measure where the blind will actually hang
